    The hardware is good, the manufactures app is bad With the Onvis, you get a motion sensor, temperature sensor, and humiidty sensor. This helps to cut down on the number of separate sensors that need to be bought if you want such capabilities. This is the only Homekit device I have seen that uses Bluetooth 5.0. Since I just received it, I can’t say how long the batteries will last when running automations as yet. This device takes 2 AAA batteries.I found the battery compartment very hard to open.     A Solid Little Unit…Performs Well I love the small footprint! I haven’t mounted this thing yet, but I have it sitting on a shelf to the immediate left of the door leading into the garage. I have tested its reaction time about 10 times now, and it’s pretty fast—averaging about 1.2 seconds to turn on my overhead garage lights when it is triggered. However, I expect it to be even quicker once I have it mounted on the horizontal bar under the ceiling in front of the door about 12 feet away. I want my overhead garage lights to come…
